a good day

I was looking through all my wedding pictures the other day, and I found a lot that I didn't fully appreciate the first time I saw them. Some of them are funny, and some are just really cute. They remind me of how fun my wedding day was!

Cutest picture of my cutest friend. I love you Becky!

heh heh, isn't he funny?

Four funny people to look at in this picture:

I just like how Kali looks eager in this picture

Park City

I just got back from Park City with Glenn's family. It was so beautiful there! I had my birthday while I was there. Here is an interesting fact about me: I have been on family vacations for like 75% of my birthdays. We had such a good time. One thing I didn't get a picture of was our trip to provo. Glenn and I drove down to provo alone one night and ate at the most delicious restaurant! It was called Rooster Noodle and Dumpling Bar. Oh, it was so delicious. Afterwards, we went and saw Reed! He just got home from his mission, and it was so fun to see him.

One day we rented mountain bikes, took them up on the lift with us, and then rode them down the mountain. It was way scarier than I thought it would be, and I was really bad at it.

Cute Husband:

Alpine slide and coaster. This roller coaster was amazingly fun!

Cute husband at the end of the alpine slide:

And now...

For the Highlight of the Trip:

We won the Jigsaw Puzzle challenge!

Cool trophy huh? Glenn and Letitia and I were such a good team! Letitia is amazing at puzzles. We beat the other team so badly. They had only assembled like 25 peices of the 100 when we finished our puzzle.

the run

I ran a half marathon! So did Glenn. We started training for it in February, I think. This is the only picture we took. Great huh? I wish someone had been there to take a picture of Glenn when he finished! We didn't run together.

Here is how it happened:

3:30 - Wake up.
3:45 - Eat cereal. Quickly.
4:00 - Drive to Tucson.
6:00 - Arrive in Tucson. Stomach eating itself due to nerves.
6:05 - Go to the bathroom. Yucky port a potty.
6:30 - Gun sounds (figuratively) and the run begins.
8:54 - Finish running! FINALLY! Glenn snaps a picture.
8:55 - Drink two bottles of water and eat a banana in one bite.

Anyway, it was exciting to do it, but I don't think I'll be running one again soon. Thirteen miles is too far. I have to idea how anyone can run a full marathon.

Cupcakes and Caspian

Two important things have happened lately! This morning I made these beautiful cupcakes! The cupcake part is from a Sprinkles mix, and they are the most delicious cupcakes you have ever tasted! I frosted them myself, and I love how they turned out!

This one is Glenn's favorite!

Also, there is a new member of the LeSueur family! His name is Caspian! So far, he has been an excellent pet.

P.S. We went to Mexico for spring break and it was soooooooo so fun! Here is a picture:

and another:

and one more:

Also, Glenn and I ran ten miles straight yesterday morning!

Our Home!

Before:

After!

Here is our wonderful little apartment! The rest of the pictures are just some of my favorite parts of our home!

Our first bookshelf! We had to get another little one for the rest of our books and dvds.

The table. This is the only piece of furniture we bought ourselves!

Coolest family proclamation ever!

I am in LOVE with this knob on our tv stand. The only reason we got the tv stand we did was so I could go pick out a new knob for it at anthropologie.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to use our fireplace yet. :(

The second bookshelf. Note the cute picture of Glenn in the circle frame.

Frames that still need a home on our walls.

We haven't used them yet, but I love these little lantern lights! Someday soon, we are going to eat dinner beneath them at night!

Last but not least, my wonderful husband, fixing something. Doesn't he just look wonderful?

Twelve Days!

TWELVE MORE DAYS! Twelve days, that is, until I become Mrs. Glenn LeSueur! I couldn't be more excited. By the way, I finished my last paper this afternoon. All I have left are a couple of not-too-bad finals next week. I feel so relieved. Now, here is a good picture of Glenn and I to keep you all going until the end of the semester:

Dance Festival was so fun! That is why we are all dressed up in that picture. We were called to lead the YSA old school hip hop dance for the stake Dance Festival. We were reluctant to accept the assignment, but we ended up having a really great time. Glenn is so a natural hip hopper.
